How much does it pay?

Is there immediate work?
SOS partners with hundreds of local and national contractors to deliver the essential personnel needed to complete their projects. Because our operational demands shift hourly and project volume regularly exceeds our available workforce, our primary objective is to provide you with consistent, steady, full-time employment.
Do I need my own tools and PPE?
Yes. You must be prepared at all times. This is documented in our HSMS Manual (Health and Safety Management System) and is part of your conditions of employment.
Do you provide transportation?
You are expected to provide your own form of reliable transportation, but we do offer transportation to and from the sites depending on the site location.

We are seeking dependable skilled trades workers, labourers and safety personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks that support construction, maintenance, warehousing and operational activities across our projects. These roles require physical stamina, attention to detail and safety, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. SOS Labour Leasing plays a vital part in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Reliable transportation is an asset. Require applications to be completed in full with 2 pieces of government issued I.D., have a valid email address and active contact phone number for communication purposes. Candidates must be reliable, dedicated, committed and loyal and have a superior record of consistency for attendance and punctuality. Applicants must provide standard PPE and be prepared for any job that is assigned to them. Remote or in person meet and greets are required for all chosen candidates.
