Brian Snow

Owner/President

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian has the knowledge needed to place the right worker with the right client. Originally from Newfoundland, Brian was raised in an extremely hard working and competitive family and started his construction career restoring historic homes with one of his 16 siblings. Over the last 30 plus years, Brian has honed his craft as a carpentry, superintendent, and businessman in the construction industry. In 2013, Brian was introduced to the construction staffing industry and with his extensive knowledge of construction and his competitive nature, Brian has built a reputation as the "go to guy" in the industry. Brian’s moto in life is, “I will make it happen” that has translated extremely well to his skilled trades and labour leasing career. Brian started SOS Labour Leasing or should I say re-branded his former company after parting ways with his partners in 2019, Since 2016 Brian and his staff have built SOS from the ground up to be the number 1 construction staffing company in western Canada.

Elisha Snow

Elisha was born and raised on a working acreage on Silver Star Mountain in Vernon BC, Being the oldest girl of 7 children Elisha is no stranger to teamwork and working hard. Elisha comes from a long line of craftsmen and construction professionals, that she has worked beside and learned from over the years . Elisha's father Barry Stack owned and ran a successful hand crafted sign shop for many years in the Okanagan and Elisha worked right beside him and was hands on in that venture for many years. Elisha moved to Alberta to attend Red Deer College and graduated with a degree in oil and gas. After finishing her degree Elisha found her passion in the construction industry when she was offered a position with ITC. Over her time with ITC and SOS Elisha gained the knowledge which has lead her to become extremely proficient in her role as office manager. One of Elisha's happiest and proudest moments in life is being able to move back to her home province and build a business that enables her to put people to work and watch them build a life for themselves and be successful.

Eric "COVERS A LOT OF GROUND", as a business development manager, Eric services all three locations of SOS in the Okanagan. With his consultative approach and 20 years business development experience in the construction and industrial industries, Eric has a great understanding of the challenges his clients face, and how to work with them to achieve there specific needs. Eric's passion for customer service and helping his clients to increase productivity on their job sites and projects is second to none and makes him a great asset to SOS and to their clients in the Okanagan. On his own time, Eric enjoys spending time with his two children,and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities the the beautiful Okanagan Valley has to offer. His passion for fitness and nature provide him with the necessary balance to enjoy life, and he will always work hard to earn and keep your business.
