With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian has the knowledge needed to place the right worker with the right client.
Originally from Newfoundland, Brian was raised in an extremely hard working and competitive family and started his construction career young restoring historic homes with one of his 16 siblings. Over the last 30 years, Brian has honed his craft as a carpentry, superintendent, and a businessman in the construction industry.
In 2013, Brian was introduced to the construction staffing industry and with his extensive knowledge of construction and his competitive nature, Brian has built a reputation as the “go to guy” in the industry. Brian’s moto in life is, “I will make it happen” that has translated extremely well to his skilled trades and labour leasing career. Brian started SOS Labour Leasing after parting from his former company and partners in 2019.
Since 2019 Brian and his staff have built SOS from the ground up to be the #1 skilled trades and labour provider in Western Canada.

Heather Richardson
Kelowna Office Manager/Controller
Heather is the main contact at our Kelowna office, and often the person you will talk to when you call in. She has been with us for 8 years now, and we love having her!
Heather is very helpful and often goes above and beyond in the office. Heather has called the Okanagan home for the year few years and loves living in the area. She often enjoys exploring different local activities with her daughter and granddaughters, soaking up what the Okanagan has to offer.

Allan Lainchbury
Driver
Al was hired as our professional driver and since that time we have added duties to include office assistance. He has 40 years experience in the aviation transportation industry, customer service and administration. Al enjoys exploring the Okanagan Valley, all the back roads and exceptional eateries and visiting his son and daughter in law and 3 grandsons in Sidney on Vancouver Island numerous times per year and is his most enjoyable event.
